Shōju Sencha | 煎茶松寿
Shōju (松寿) is the very first cultivar to be harvested in Japan each spring. This year, the leaves were harvested on March 25th—almost a month earlier than most other cultivars.
Grown only on the Tanegashima Island in Kagoshima Prefecture, this rare cultivar will transport the palate to a warm spring day.
This tea is mellow and creamy, with a subtle vanilla flavour. It's perfect for when you want something special.
