Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@thegreenteashop.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected in good condition. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items returned damaged or without original packaging.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
